  • What We Do: We provide one-on-one, customized, and patient training sessions. Topics can include email management, video conferencing, using specific software, internet safety, or understanding your new smart devices.

  • Price: $95/hour (1-hour minimum)

Annual Home Tech Health Checks (Subscription & Maintenance Plans)

  • What We Do: Our recurring service plans offer continuous peace of mind. They include regular system tune-ups, security checks, data backup verification, and priority access to our expert support.

  • Price:
    • Basic Plan (Remote Focus): Starting at $35/month
      • Includes: Annual remote tune-up, antivirus check, priority email/phone support for common issues.
    • Standard Plan (Hybrid Support): Starting at $65/month
      • Includes: Basic Plan features + 1 remote session per year, 1 on-site visit per year (up to 1 hour), advanced remote troubleshooting.
    • Premium Plan (Comprehensive Care): Starting at $110/month
      • Includes: Standard Plan features + 2 on-site visits per year (up to 1 hour each), unlimited remote support, proactive monitoring, comprehensive cybersecurity suite.

Important Information

  • Diagnostic Fee: For on-site troubleshooting that does not lead to a flat-rate service or repair, a diagnostic fee of $75 (which covers the first 30 minutes of assessment) will apply. This fee may be waived if you proceed with a recommended flat-rate service.
  • Exclusions: Prices for plans and training do not include the cost of any hardware, software licenses, or significant repairs identified during a health check that fall outside the plan's scope (though plan members may receive discounted labor rates for such work).
